Terms of service

These terms set out the rules for using the Little Puggles website and for buying from us online. Please read them before you place an order. By using this website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We have written them in plain English. If anything here is unclear, email hello@littlepuggles.com.au and we will explain it.

Who we are

This website is operated by Australian First Aid Distributions Pty Ltd (ACN 153 377 185, ABN 54 153 377 185), the operator of Little Puggles. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Little Puggles, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order. Little Puggles is an Australian-owned premium baby nappy and wipes brand launching August 2026, and is a brand of Australian First Aid Distributions Pty Ltd.

You can reach us at:

These terms cover every purchase made through this website, one-off orders and subscription orders alike.

Who can use this site

You need to be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these conditions and that the details you give us are accurate.

Your account

You can place a one-off order without creating an account. Managing a subscription needs access to your customer account, and our Purchase options cancellation policy explains how that works and what to do if you cannot get in. Keep your login details secure, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Our products

We sell nappies with tapes in sizes 1 to 5, nappy pants in sizes 3 to 6, and baby wipes. Our products are designed in Bendigo and manufactured in China.

We work hard to describe every product accurately, including weight ranges, materials and certifications. Photographs are representative, and small variations in print and colour can happen between production runs. Size and weight ranges are shown on each product page and in our size guide.

Where we list a certification or a test result, we hold the substantiation on file and we will give it to you on request. Email hello@littlepuggles.com.au and ask.

Stock availability is confirmed at the time we despatch. If something you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund for that item.

Orders, acceptance and pricing

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the items in your cart. We accept your order when we despatch the goods to you, and that is the point at which a contract is formed. Receiving an order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order. If we are unable to accept your order, in whole or in part, we will tell you and refund any amount you have paid for the part we cannot supply. We may decline an order where we suspect fraud, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we cannot deliver to your address.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

We try to make sure every price and product detail on the site is correct, but errors can happen. If we find a genuine pricing or description error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before despatch. You can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel that item, and if you have already paid we will refund you in full for it.

Payment

Payments are processed securely on an encrypted connection by Shopify Payments, which also provides Shop Pay, and by PayPal. We do not store your full card number on our systems. Your payment details are handled by the payment provider under their own security standards. The payment methods available to you are the ones displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions

When you place a subscription order, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis for each subscription delivery, until you cancel. We charge on the day each subscription order despatches, not in advance, and not on the day you sign up.

There is no minimum commitment and no lock-in. You can change, pause, skip or cancel your subscription, and our Purchase options cancellation policy sets out how to do each of those, the notice that applies before a delivery, and what happens to an order that has already been charged. That policy forms part of these terms.

Subscription prices can change over time. We will give you at least 30 days notice before a price change takes effect for your subscription, so you have time to change or cancel first.

Delivery

We deliver within Australia, and we despatch online orders from our Sydney fulfilment centre. We do not have a retail counter and we do not offer local pickup. Delivery times, charges and options are set out in our Shipping policy.

Risk in your order passes to you on delivery. If you have authorised the carrier to leave the parcel, that means on delivery to the address you gave us. If your order is lost or damaged on the way to you, contact us and we will sort it out. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply either way.

Returns and refunds

If you need to return something, or an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, our Refund policy explains how returns and refunds work and the time frames that apply. Our returns page walks through the steps. Those terms sit alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are set out below.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The goods we sell are of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law where doing so would be unlawful. Where a term of these terms is inconsistent with the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law prevails.

For goods, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the goods we supply to you are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, and to the extent section 64A of the Australian Consumer Law permits, our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee (other than the guarantees in sections 51, 52 and 53) is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of any of these.

Where the Australian Consumer Law does not apply to a supply, our total liability to you in connection with these terms or the goods is limited to the amount you paid for the goods giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Product information

The information on our product pages and across this site is general information only. It is not medical or clinical advice and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Every baby's skin is different. Always read the label and any instructions supplied with a product, check that the size suits your baby's current weight, and seek professional advice if you are unsure whether a product suits your baby. If your baby's skin reacts to a product, stop using it. In an emergency, call 000.

Our FAQ answers the questions we get asked most, and it is general information in the same way.

Reviews and content you submit

We publish reviews through Judge.me. We do not pay for reviews and we do not offer anything in exchange for one. We publish genuine reviews, positive or negative, and we only remove a review where it is unlawful, abusive, off-topic or breaches these terms. The star rating shown reflects the reviews currently published for that product.

When you submit a review, comment, photo or other content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display that content on our website, in our marketing and advertising, and in connection with our business. You also consent to us using the content without attributing it to you and to us editing, cropping or adapting it, and you agree not to assert your moral rights against those uses. You confirm that the content is your own, is honest, and does not break any law or any other person's rights.

Two limits on that licence, because families are involved. Where your review or photo could identify a child, we will not use it in our advertising without first asking for specific consent from that child's parent or guardian. Where your review or photo could reveal a health condition, yours or your child's, we will not use it in our advertising without first asking for your specific consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop using the content in new advertising.

If you believe a review or other content on the site is unlawful, defamatory or breaches your rights, email hello@littlepuggles.com.au and we will look at it and remove it where appropriate.

Our brand and content

The Little Puggles name and logo, SeriPro™ and MotionFlex™, and the content on this site, including text, images, product descriptions, illustrations and design, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Trade mark application 2649053, covering classes 3, 5, 16 and 18, has been filed by Australian First Aid Distributions Pty Ltd and accepted by IP Australia.

That includes the native Australian flora and fauna illustrations on our packaging and across this site. They are original artworks commissioned from an Australian illustrator, and copyright in them is owned by us. Our Legal notice covers this in more detail.

You may view, print and share our content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Using our product descriptions, images or other content to advertise, list or sell goods, including as a reseller, is a commercial use and is not permitted. Our Legal notice has more detail.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Our products are sold for personal household use. They are not sold for commercial resale, and placing an order does not give you any right to resell our products.

Promotions, discount codes and gift cards

Where we run a promotion, the terms of that promotion apply alongside these terms. Where we issue a discount code or a gift card, the terms published with it apply to it. Promotions are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.

Links to other websites

Our site may link to websites run by other people. We provide those links for convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that we will collect and use your information as that policy describes. For any privacy question or request, email hello@littlepuggles.com.au.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your order at the time you place it, so we recommend checking this page before you buy.

Where a change materially affects an active subscription, we will tell subscribers by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to buy from us after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state.
