Nappies or Nappy Pants?

Tape nappies (Sizes 1 to 5) suit newborns through to toddlers. Four re-fastenable tabs and gentle leg cuffs. Best for bubs who are comfortable on a change mat.

Nappy Pants (Sizes 3 to 6) pull up like undies, with an anti-leak back pocket. Easier for wriggly crawlers, standing changes, and early toilet training. Most families move from tape to pants somewhere between six and twelve months.

Not sure? Most Size 1, 2, and 3 babies start on tape. Pants come into their own once baby is on the move.

What if the size I picked is wrong?

Email us within 60 days of purchase. Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee covers nappies and nappy pants on every subscription: we'll swap unused packs for a different size at no extra cost, refund unused packs and you keep the open one, or exchange the whole carton, even if you've opened a pack to test. Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Tell us when to resume and your subscription stays active, the next delivery just shifts.

What if I have twins?

Set up two subscriptions, one per baby. Each one carries the standard 10% subscription saving, and the 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies to each independently, so if your twins size up at different rates you can manage them separately.

How does billing work?

Your card is charged on the day your next carton is dispatched, not in advance. You'll get an email three days before dispatch, so you can skip or change if you need to.

Will you tell me before the price changes?

Yes. You'll get at least 30 days' notice before any change to your subscription price.

What if I need to change the delivery address?

Update it any time before your next dispatch date. If you miss the dispatch cutoff, email us and we'll do our best to intercept.
