Emma Hando is co-founder and the public face of Little Puggles. Bendigo born and raised, she holds a Bachelor of Paramedic Science and has fifteen years' experience as an Australian paramedic.
Why we started Little Puggles
Marcus and Emma started Little Puggles because the timing, the family, and the contacts were all lining up at once. Marcus's family has run Australian First Aid Distributions out of East Bendigo for fifteen years, supplying premium adult continence-care products through their Comfort First brand. Years of working alongside the supplier relationships, the testing and certification partners, and the manufacturing investment meant the family could see what a genuinely well-made absorbent product looked like, and could see the gap on the baby-care side of the same vertical. When Emma and Marcus learned their son Louis was on the way, applying that same supply-chain experience to a premium nappy and wipes range made sense. The product designs are Marcus's. Emma's contribution is design-sense leadership, brand voice, and a parent-perspective check on every product decision.

Emma is the public face of the brand and the voice on customer-facing brand content. She writes founder-voice content on
our story, shares the ongoing parenthood story in The Nappy Diary, and represents Little Puggles in press, partnership communications, and customer interactions. Marcus and Emma make most product and brand decisions together at home, and the brand follows.
Emma holds current general registration with AHPRA as a paramedic.
