We are Australian-owned, and our nappies are designed in Bendigo and made in China. We chose that because the manufacturing capability we needed, being high-quality absorbent core technology, a silk-protein topsheet, Dermatest® Sensitive Skin certification and full Safe Cosmetics Australia certification on the wipes, is available at scale in Asia and not here. We have been straight about this since launch, because we would rather you knew where your nappies come from than assume an Australian origin that is not there.

Yes. Little Puggles is operated by Australian First Aid Distributions Pty Ltd, an Australian-owned family business, and we carry the Australian Owned certification on our products.

Tape nappies come in Sizes 1 to 5, covering 3 to 17 kg. Nappy pants come in Sizes 3 to 6, covering 6 kg through 15 kg and above. Full size and weight ranges are on our  size guide.

Tape nappies fasten with adhesive tabs at the front and are easier to put on a baby lying down, so most parents use them from newborn through to active crawlers. Nappy pants pull on like underpants and suit active toddlers, the move towards toilet training, and changes on the go. Both formats use the same Dermatest® Sensitive Skin certified materials and the same SeriPro™ silk-protein topsheet for a soft, smooth feel.

For eczema-prone or sensitive skin, four things are worth checking on any brand you consider. Independent product-level certification, where Dermatest® Sensitive Skin names the assessor, the protocol and the panel, which a generic "dermatologist tested" line does not. No chlorine bleach in the absorbent core, with the testing partner named. No per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, again with the testing partner named. And a soft topsheet, where a silk-protein topsheet like our SeriPro™ is particularly soft, though any soft non-woven topsheet helps.

Little Puggles meets all four: Dermatest® Sensitive Skin certified, no chlorine bleach (SGS verified), tested for PFAS by SGS with none detected, and the SeriPro™ silk-protein topsheet. What suits your child is a question for your GP or a paediatric dermatologist.

No. Our wipes are Cruelty-Free and Vegan-Friendly certified by Safe Cosmetics Australia.

Nothing was detected when SGS tested them. Our nappies, nappy pants and wipes were tested for PFAS down to the analytical limit of detection, and they are made with no chlorine bleach (SGS verified). The wipes formula also carries the Safe Cosmetics Australia certifications.

The absorbent core is super-absorbent polymer, the same material used in nearly all premium absorbent products including hospital continence products, sourced from top-tier Japanese producers. The topsheet is a non-woven fabric with a silk-protein finish, which is our SeriPro™. The backsheet is a breathable polyethylene film. The leg cuffs and waistband use food-contact-grade elastomeric materials, and the adhesive tabs use food-contact-grade pressure-sensitive adhesives. No PFAS was detected in any component when independently tested by SGS, and none are made with chlorine bleach, also SGS verified.

We tested for PFAS through SGS and none was detected. We attribute that to SGS because that is where the testing was done, so it is not a self-declaration. The SGS report is on file and we will provide it on request.

SeriPro™ is the silk-protein topsheet on our nappies and nappy pants. It uses hydrolysed sericin, a natural silk protein, for a soft, smooth feel against your bub's skin. SeriPro™ is a softness feature and nothing more. We make no therapeutic, biological, antimicrobial or skin-barrier claims about it.

Most supermarket-shelf nappies are competitively priced and cover basic absorbency well. Where premium nappies generally differ is the testing and certification stack, the topsheet, and the absorbent core. Ours is Dermatest® Sensitive Skin certified, tested for PFAS by SGS with none detected and made with no chlorine bleach (SGS verified), with a SeriPro™ silk-protein topsheet and a high-grade absorbent core.

Whether that difference matters depends on your bub. Babies with sensitive or eczema-prone skin, or a tendency to nappy rash, are the ones parents most often tell us noticed a change. For other babies the difference is smaller. We would rather you made the call on a Trial Pack than committed to a full carton.

• ISO 9001:2015 facility. A facility quality management system certification whose scope explicitly includes baby diapers.

No. Our nappies, nappy pants and wipes are baby-care products. They are made in a factory with ISO 13485 certification, which certifies the quality system the factory operates under rather than anything about the products themselves, and we think that quality system matters. It does not make our products medical devices and we do not present them as any kind of clinical product.

You choose your nappy size, add wipes if you want them, choose how often you want a delivery, and we send your order on schedule. We charge your card on the day each delivery dispatches rather than in advance. You can change, pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account.

Yes. Subscription is the best per-nappy price we offer, with no minimum and a choice of delivery cadence. You can  start a subscription here.

Yes. From your account you can change your size, add or remove wipes, change how often deliveries come, change your delivery address and update your payment method. Changes made before the next scheduled dispatch take effect for that delivery.

Yes. You can pause for as long as you like from your account. A paused subscription does not charge or dispatch until you resume it.

Cancel from your account. Cancellation takes effect for the next scheduled dispatch, and anything already dispatched is on its way and cannot be unsent.

We charge your nominated payment method on the day each subscription order dispatches, not on the day you signed up. You will get an email reminder a few days before each dispatch so you can change, skip or pause if you need to.

You can change size from your account at any time. There is also an optional size-transition reminder: if you opt in on the  size guide, we will email you a fit-check prompt and a one-click resize link a couple of weeks before your bub is likely to outgrow their current size.

It varies more than people expect. As a rough guide, babies usually move up a size every 2 to 3 months in the first year and every 3 to 6 months after that, but body shape, weight gain and how active they are all matter more than age in months. Watch for the fit-check signs on our  size guide: red marks at the thighs or waist, tabs barely reaching, more leaks than usual, or the wetness indicator sitting close to the top. Any of those and it is time to size up.

Yes. You can add wipes to your subscription at any time from your account, and remove them later if you decide you do not need them.

Yes, we ship anywhere in Australia. There are no postcode exclusions and no remote-area surcharges.

Shipping is $12.50 per order anywhere in Australia, and free on any order of $75 or more. Every nappy and nappy pants carton clears that on its own. Trial Packs and Sample Packs ship free, with freight included in the price, and every subscription order ships free whatever it comes to.

Not at this stage. We are focused on getting things right at home before we look further afield.

Standard delivery is 2 to 5 business days for metro east coast, 3 to 7 days for regional east coast, 3 to 6 days for Adelaide and Hobart, and 4 to 8 days for Perth, Darwin and regional WA, NT, SA and TAS. Full delivery timeframes by region are on our  shipping page.

Yes. You will get a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us. The carrier varies by region and the link works on any device.

Email  hello@littlepuggles.com.au  with your order number and we will sort it out, whether that means a replacement, a refund or chasing the courier. Lost or damaged in transit is covered under Australian Consumer Law and we handle it directly. You do not chase the courier yourself.

Three things, and they are different from each other. A 60-day satisfaction guarantee on fit, which covers one-off orders, Trial Packs and subscription orders, and covers opened packs. Full Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees on faulty products, which nothing we publish limits or replaces. And a 30-day change-of-mind window on unopened cartons. Email  hello@littlepuggles.com.au  within 60 days of purchase with your order number and what is not working, whether that is too small, too big or leaking. We will swap the unused packs for a different size at no charge, refund the unused packs, or exchange the whole carton, whichever suits you. This applies even if you have opened a pack to test the fit.

A Trial Pack is a one-off purchase. It costs less per pack than a full carton and more per pack than a subscription. It is built for testing before you commit, not for everyday best value.
