Little Puggles and the NDIS.
We supply nappies and wipes to children on approved NDIS plans, through a registered provider.
Plan-managed, self-managed or NDIA-managed, we can invoice through the NDIS pathway and set supply up on a standing order.

Where nappies or wipes are included in a child’s plan, we can supply them and invoice through the NDIS pathway. That is possible because Little Puggles sits under a registered NDIS provider, alongside our sister brands First Aid Distributions and Comfort First.
What goes into a plan is not something we decide, and we would not try to. If the products are there, we can get them to you, on a standing order if that suits, so nobody has to remember to reorder.
Little Puggles is a brand of Australian First Aid Distributions Pty Ltd (ACN 153 377 185, ABN 54 153 377 185), a registered NDIS provider registered to supply assistive products for household tasks and assistive products for personal care and safety.
Checking the registration.
Search the NDIS Commission provider register under Australian First Aid Distributions Pty Ltd rather than Little Puggles, because that is the name it is held in. That entity issues the invoices, and it can invoice for participants whose plans are self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed.
What we do and do not do.
We supply products only. We are not a clinical or therapeutic support provider and we hold no clinical or care records. Whether a particular product is a claimable support under a plan is a decision for you and your plan manager, not us, and we do not advise that a product can be claimed.
Registration is not endorsement. We are not endorsed by or affiliated with the National Disability Insurance Agency.
Invoices go straight to your plan manager. Nothing is paid upfront.
You order, pay, and claim reimbursement. Invoices are itemised to meet NDIA claiming requirements.
Purchases must go through a registered supplier, and invoicing goes to the NDIA.
Get in touch and we will set the account up and sort the invoicing to match how the plan is managed. There is no long application and no approval to wait on at our end.
Have these ready: the participant’s NDIS number, how the plan is managed, plan manager contact details if there are any, and the sizes you need.
Regular orders can run on a standing schedule, so the nappies arrive, the invoice goes where it should, and nobody runs out. For families managing a lot at once, that is usually the part that matters most.
Call 03 5443 2239 or email hello@littlepuggles.com.au with “NDIS” in the subject line.
Little Puggles, Comfort First and First Aid Distributions all sit under the same parent company and the same registration. Which one you need depends on who you are buying for.
Nappies to 17kg, nappy pants to 15kg and above, and baby wipes. Designed in Bendigo, made for sensitive skin.
Pull-up pants, wrap arounds, booster pads, underpads and bed mats, sized by waist measurement and graded for day or overnight.
Continence products, wound care, gloves and PPE, with coordinator accounts covering several participants under one order.
All three are brands of Australian First Aid Distributions Pty Ltd, East Bendigo. One conversation can cover any of them.
If you are ordering for more than one participant, the admin is usually the problem rather than the products.
One account, several participants.
A master account for your organisation with individual participant profiles underneath it. One order can cover several participants, and the invoicing is separated at our end so plan managers receive clean participant-specific invoices.
One supplier, the whole range.
Nappies and wipes from Little Puggles, adult continence from Comfort First, and the wider consumables range from First Aid Distributions, all under the same registration and the same account.
However you get to us, it is the same family business on the other end.
A real person answers, and the account can be set up during the call.
Put “NDIS” in the subject line so it reaches the right person.
The retail store and the warehouse are at the same address, Monday to Friday.
If you are buying for your own family outside a plan, nothing changes. Our size guide shows where your child sits, and a subscription can be paused or skipped whenever your circumstances shift.
