1. The promoter

This promotion is conducted by Australian First Aid Distributions Pty Ltd (ABN 54 153 377 185), 205 Murphy Street, East Bendigo, Victoria 3550, trading as Little Puggles ("the Promoter"). Contact: hello@littlepuggles.com.au or 03 5443 2239.

The information on how to enter forms part of these terms. By entering, you accept these terms.

2. Who may enter

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 or over.

The following may not enter: directors, officers, shareholders, employees and contractors of the Promoter; employees of EAA (see clause 14) and of any agency or supplier involved in this promotion or its prizes; anyone involved in conducting this promotion or determining its winners; and the immediate family and household members of any of them. Immediate family means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling.

Entries are personal to the entrant and cannot be transferred. The Promoter may ask a winner for proof of identity, age and residency before awarding a prize.

3. Entry period

Entries open at 9:00am AEDT on Monday 5 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 23 October 2026. An entry is valid only if it is received within that period. For form and purchase entries, the time of receipt recorded by the Promoter's systems is final. For Instagram entries, the time Instagram shows for the comment is final.

4. How to enter

There are three ways to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win.

Website entry. Complete the entry form at littlepuggles.com.au/pages/giveaway (the short links littlepuggles.com.au/giveaway and littlepuggles.com.au/whichone go to the same page). You will be asked for the nappy or nappy pants size you are using now (or "Not sure yet" or "Still expecting"), your baby's age range, your first name and surname, your email address and your state or territory, and to confirm you are 18 or over and accept these terms. You may also give your Instagram username and say where you heard about the promotion; both are optional and do not affect your entry. A completed form gives you one entry. Each person may make one website entry.

Instagram entry. Follow @littlepugglesnappies on Instagram and, during the entry period, comment on an Instagram entry post with your baby's nappy or nappy pants size (or "Not sure yet" or "Still expecting"). An Instagram entry post is a post published by the @littlepugglesnappies account whose caption says that comments on it are entries. A qualifying comment gives you one entry. A comment that gives no size, such as one made only of tags or emoji, is not an entry. Each person may make one Instagram entry, however many comments they post and however many accounts they use. If the comment that counts as your Instagram entry (clause 11) also tags another Instagram account, other than @littlepugglesnappies or your own, it gives you one bonus entry, so an Instagram entry is worth up to two entries. Each person may earn one bonus entry only, however many accounts they tag. The bonus entry stands or falls with the Instagram entry it belongs to. Tagging is never required. An Instagram entry is valid only if the account that made it follows @littlepugglesnappies at the time of the draw; this is checked only for Instagram entries drawn in the draw (clause 6). A comment that is no longer on the entry post at the time of the draw, because the entrant deleted it or their account is no longer available, is withdrawn. A comment the Promoter has hidden or removed is not withdrawn (clause 11).

Purchase entry. Each Trial Pack: Little Puggles Nappies or Trial Pack: Little Puggles Nappy Pants ordered at littlepuggles.com.au during the entry period gives you five entries. Two Trial Packs give ten. A person may earn no more than 25 purchase entries (five Trial Packs), however many orders they place. You do not need to complete the entry form; purchase entries are recorded against the email address on the order. Only Trial Packs bought as one-off orders through the online store at littlepuggles.com.au count. Orders with a $0 total, draft orders, in-store sales, prize orders, Founding Families orders and Trial Packs ordered on subscription do not. The five entries for any Trial Pack that is cancelled or refunded before the draw are forfeited, so a partly refunded order keeps the entries for the Trial Packs not refunded. Sample Packs, cartons, single packs and other products do not earn entries.

What is not an entry. Only a comment on an Instagram entry post counts as an Instagram entry. A reply to another comment is not an entry. Comments on any other post are not entries, including comments on any post by EAA (see clause 14) and on any Collab post shared between Little Puggles and another account, even where that post also appears on the @littlepugglesnappies profile. Likes, shares, direct messages, Story replies and comments on Facebook are not entries and earn no entries, and a tag earns nothing except the bonus entry described above. You never need to share, like or tag anything to enter.

5. The prizes

Values are recommended retail prices including GST as at 15 September 2026. Each grand prize delivery is worth $153.65 with a carton of Nappy Pants ($113.70) or $147.65 with a carton of Nappies ($107.70), plus the Baby Wipes carton ($39.95) in both. Twelve deliveries of Nappy Pants are worth $1,843.80; twelve of Nappies are worth $1,771.80. The grand prize value depends on which the winner chooses each month, so the total prize pool is between $3,468.30 and $3,540.30.

Nappies come in sizes 1 to 5 and Nappy Pants in sizes 3 to 6. Each prize winner chooses the product and size when they confirm their details.

Grand prize deliveries. The first delivery will be dispatched within 28 days of the draw, by Wednesday 2 December 2026, provided the winner has confirmed their details. The remaining eleven follow at intervals of about one month. The winner may change between Nappies and Nappy Pants, or change size, by telling the Promoter at least seven days before the next delivery is due. Deliveries go to one Australian street address, which the winner may change by telling the Promoter at least seven days before the next delivery is due. The winner may stop the remaining deliveries at any time, and deliveries the winner stops or does not accept lapse.

Trial Pack and Sample Pack prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of the draw, by Wednesday 2 December 2026, provided the winner has confirmed their details.

Baby Wipes stock. At 15 September 2026 Little Puggles Baby Wipes are out of stock, and the Promoter expects new stock before the first grand prize delivery. If a Baby Wipes carton is unavailable when a delivery is due, the Promoter will send that month's Nappies or Nappy Pants carton on time and send the Baby Wipes carton as soon as stock is available, either on its own or with a later delivery, so that the winner receives twelve Baby Wipes cartons in all. If the Promoter stops selling Little Puggles Baby Wipes, or a Baby Wipes carton is still owed one month after the winner's twelfth delivery was due, it will instead supply, for each Baby Wipes carton still owed, other Little Puggles products of equal or greater retail value chosen by the winner.

If a size or product is unavailable, the Promoter will, with the winner's agreement, supply the nearest available size or other Little Puggles products of equal or greater retail value, or send that item as soon as stock is available. Any item deferred under this paragraph that is still owed on 31 December 2027 will be replaced with other Little Puggles products of equal or greater retail value chosen by the winner.

Any substitution or deferral under this clause is subject to any approval or direction of a regulator.

Delivery is included. A winner pays nothing to accept or receive a prize. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. The draw

The draw is a game of chance. Skill plays no part.

All valid entries from all three routes go into a single draw at 11:00am AEDT on Wednesday 4 November 2026 at 205 Murphy Street, East Bendigo, Victoria 3550. Entries are drawn by an electronic random number generator that gives every valid entry an equal chance. The grand prize is drawn first, then the twenty Trial Pack prizes, then the fifty Sample Pack prizes. Winners do not need to be present. Members of the public may attend the draw by arrangement with the Promoter, by emailing hello@littlepuggles.com.au at least two business days before.

Each person may win one prize only. If a person is drawn again, that draw is set aside and another entry drawn. If an Instagram entry is drawn and the entrant's account does not follow @littlepugglesnappies at the time of the draw, that draw is set aside and another entry drawn. A record of the draw is kept.

7. Notifying and publishing the winners

Winners are notified within two business days of the draw, by Friday 6 November 2026: website and purchase entrants by email, at the address given on the form or the order; Instagram entrants by direct message from @littlepugglesnappies asking them to reply with an email address, and then in writing by email once they reply. An Instagram winner who does not reply within 14 days of the direct message forfeits the prize, which is redrawn under clause 8. When they confirm their details, winners are asked for their delivery address and a contact phone number for delivery, and Instagram entrants for their name, email address and state or territory.

Winners are published at littlepuggles.com.au/pages/giveaway-winners from Friday 6 November 2026 until at least Friday 4 December 2026, and announced on the Little Puggles Instagram account, @littlepugglesnappies. Each winner is shown by first name, surname initial and state or territory, for example "Sarah M, VIC". A winner who entered only on Instagram is shown by their Instagram username until they confirm their details. Publication is a legal requirement for a prize of this value. By entering, you agree to being identified in this way if you win.

The results of the draw are also available from the Promoter on request.

The Promoter will never ask a winner to pay anything, or for card details, bank details or passwords. It contacts Instagram winners only from @littlepugglesnappies. A message from any other account claiming to be Little Puggles is not from the Promoter.

8. Claiming, and unclaimed prizes

A winner must confirm their details within 14 days of being notified. For an Instagram winner, the 14 days run from the direct message. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, or is not eligible, that prize is forfeited and redrawn.

First redraw: 11:00am AEDT on Tuesday 24 November 2026 at 205 Murphy Street, East Bendigo, Victoria 3550, by the same method as clause 6. Redraw winners are notified by Thursday 26 November 2026, published from that date until at least Thursday 24 December 2026, and their prizes dispatched within 28 days of the redraw, by Tuesday 22 December 2026, provided they have confirmed their details.

Second redraw, for any prize still unclaimed 14 days after the first redraw notification: 11:00am AEDT on Tuesday 15 December 2026 at the same address and by the same method. Winners are notified by Thursday 17 December 2026, published from that date until at least Thursday 14 January 2027, and their prizes dispatched within 28 days of the second redraw, by Tuesday 12 January 2027, provided they have confirmed their details.

Third redraw, for any prize still unclaimed 14 days after the second redraw notification: 11:00am AEDT on Tuesday 2 February 2027 at the same address and by the same method. Winners are notified by Thursday 4 February 2027, published from that date until at least Thursday 4 March 2027, and their prizes dispatched within 28 days of the third redraw, by Tuesday 2 March 2027, provided they have confirmed their details.

Redraw winners are notified and published as set out in clause 7, and have 14 days from notification to confirm. Any prize still unclaimed after the third redraw will be distributed as the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission directs.

9. Publicity

The Promoter may invite the grand prize winner to take part in publicity, such as photographs or written or filmed comment about the product. Taking part is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving the prize. A winner who declines keeps the prize in full. A winner who takes part will be asked to sign a separate written consent covering what may be published and where, and any image of a child needs that child's parent or guardian to consent separately in writing.

10. Your personal information

What is collected. From the entry form: your first name and surname, email address, state or territory, your baby's nappy or nappy pants size and age range, your Instagram username and where you heard about the promotion if you give them, and whether that username is in a valid format, your confirmation that you are 18 or over, live in Australia and accept these terms, your marketing choice and whether a marketing sign-up went through, the time you first opened the page and the time of entry, and which link and website you arrived from (for example, a Little Puggles post or a partner's post). From an Instagram entry: your Instagram username, a reference to your comment, its time, whether it gives a size and whether it tags another account (the Promoter does not keep the words of your comment or the names of any accounts you tag, except that if your entry is drawn, a screenshot of your comment is kept with the record of the draw), and, if you are drawn, whether your account follows @littlepugglesnappies. Why. To run this promotion: to record entries, conduct the draw, contact and publish winners, and deliver prizes. If you do not provide the required information, you cannot enter. The Promoter also uses entries in combined form that identifies no one, such as how many entrants use each size, to plan stock.

Marketing is separate and optional. The entry form has an unticked box for Little Puggles emails. You do not need to tick it to enter, and not ticking it does not affect your entry. Entrants who do not tick it are not added to Little Puggles marketing emails. If you tick it, the Promoter keeps your first name, your baby's size, age range and state, whether that size is nappies or nappy pants and the animal on its card, and a note that you joined through this promotion, with your email subscription, so its emails suit the size your baby is in; the link you arrived from is not added. You can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing hello@littlepuggles.com.au. Instagram entries are never added to marketing emails. Entries are not used to target advertising at you.

No health information is collected. Neither the form nor an Instagram entry asks about your child's skin, health or medical history, and the Promoter does not keep the words of Instagram comments, except a screenshot of a drawn comment.

Who it is disclosed to. The service providers the Promoter uses to run the promotion, including its e-commerce platform, its email platform and its delivery providers, and as the law requires. Some of those providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada. Instagram entries are made on Instagram, which holds that information under Instagram's own terms and privacy policy.

How long it is kept. Records of the promotion, including entries, are kept for at least three years after it ends, as the law requires.

The link you arrived from is kept for less time. The Promoter uses the link and website you arrived from only to work out how entrants found the promotion. Apart from the website's standard analytics and advertising measurement tools, which record the address of every page a visitor opens, including the tags in the link that brought them, it is held only in the Promoter's private entry records, is not sent to its email platform or used for any other purpose, and is deleted once that analysis is complete and twelve months have passed since the last draw, as the permit conditions require, and in any case by 31 March 2028, rather than kept for three years with the rest of your entry.

11. Invalid entries, and changes to the promotion

The Promoter may disqualify an entry that is incomplete, received outside the entry period, made by automated means, or that the Promoter reasonably believes involves a false identity or interference with the promotion. Where the same person makes more than one website entry, or more than one Instagram entry, only their earliest valid entry through that route counts and the others are void. If a void entry is drawn, that draw is set aside and another entry drawn.

The Promoter may hide or remove comments that are offensive, make claims about health or break Instagram's rules. Hiding or removing a comment does not by itself cancel an entry that otherwise meets clause 4.

The Promoter may vary, suspend or end the promotion if it becomes necessary to do so, subject to any direction from a regulator, to any approval the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission requires, and to the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Subject to that, the Promoter is not liable for any loss arising from a delayed, lost or damaged entry or a technical failure outside its control.

13. Not associated with Meta

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. By entering, you release Meta, Facebook and Instagram from all liability in connection with it. Instagram entries are also subject to Instagram's own terms of use. 14. Not administered by the Eczema Association of Australasia

This promotion is conducted by the Promoter alone. The Eczema Association of Australasia Inc. ("EAA") is not the promoter, does not administer the promotion, does not select the winners and is not responsible for the prizes. Questions about the promotion go to the Promoter.
